It can be hard to understand, but not everyone compares their lives to other people. There are many disabled people who are happy and comfortable with the way things are for them, no matter how difficult or different it appears to us.

These sorts of weird incest arguments are terrible and produce totally ****ed up genetically mutated children. It doesn't mean we as a society should support the result. Drugs like meth result in huge amounts of birth defects.

What is most sad is we have limited techniques to correct a lot of these disorders medically and as a result invalid lifestyles are a result which is exceptionally sad for the parents and family members often involved in their short life spans if they are involved at all.

If a child is born to a 'healthy couple' with a malformation like this it is often traumatizing and even if the child has a caring set of family members it still often results in an exceptionally short life span for their offspring and is absolutely tragic which is why most couples who are told through invitro testing their child has a serious disorder they abort.
