want to quit job after a week and a day, how much notice to give?

do I give 2 weeks? its at a factory. or can i just say its not working out and not come in next shift? what to say to hiring manager guy?

Just tell them you're done. They will probably try not to pay you, so be prepared for that. Don't work any notice you can't use them for a reference anyway. You basically have to pretend this job didn't happen.
