Anyone, from people with 100 followers to 100,000. Literally just looking for anyone that makes great/funny/stupid content. Insightful, or just straight retarded. Looking for the best of whatever it is they do

The problem is once they've already found out about something and hyped it the lion's share of ROI is gone. And a lot of them are no doubt dumping into buy orders a day after.
It's much better to subscribe to Uniswap new listings, Pancakeswap new listings and even look for announcement threads on Bitcointalk that have low activity (low activity = maybe lower marketcap at launch?).
