Anyone take electrolytes supplements? for hydrate?

Any brahs recommend a better product? I feel like this is crap. Even tho the reviews are good (fuk Amazon and thier reviews)

This I my last one so gonna order more... don't really feel "better" taking this but I guess it helps...
