Everyone needs time to recharge. It's not exclusive to you - you're not special. You're most likely either tired, bored, or insecure - which drains you, causing you to be tired/fatigued.

Extroverts don't exist. They're just introverts who have surplus energy and are ready to interact with the outside world. Some people have an easier time recouping energy, but we're are introverts at heart.

You get drained being around family because you're bored and it's irritating you, causing you to get tired. It's like hearing someone tell a story that goes on and on and on.

Introverts don't exist. Everyone gets drained. It's simply a matter of how bored, tired, or insecure you are in a given situation or scenario.

100% agree. It’s people that are too afraid of looking stupid. It’s why many people grow out of it, it’s a skill, like lifting, needs to be practised and worked on. Introverts, and I used to be one, are just people with poor social skills.
