anyone else here rocking with Apple Pay

no shill srs

through extraordinary circumstances I found myself without my debit card and my credit card (which is my daily driver)

signed up and approved immediately for apple pay to add it to my phone, so I could at least get groceries while I waited on cards to be sent.

using the phone is definitely faster than the poverty chips in these cards that take forever and have errors half the time

transaction goes through the moment i hit the passcode

the actual physical card came in today and it mogs my capital one, titanium with no numbers and says goldman sacchs on there.

2% cashback all apple pay, 3% cashback select vendors, 1% back using the actual card

I use Apple Pay on my cellphone sometimes. I won't lie, it saved my ass a few times when I forgot my wallet and needed something.

so why wouldn't you be open to a method that is both quicker and more secure? at least when it's available.

I have it set up, but I never use it. It's just there for an emergency.

It's pretty clutch when you forget your card or too lazy to fish out a wallet from pocket. I don't use it too often, but it definitely has its benefits.

EDIT: realize your talking about the physical Apple Pay card too. I have no plans for signing up, but I do like the phone app.

Honestly yes - it's sooooo nice.

You wouldn't think taking a card out of your wallet and putting it in the chip reader is THAT annoying of a task.....

But when you switch to Apple Pay and just put your phone anywhere near the card reader and it gives you that "Da-ding" sound it's like some kind of Black Magic. Could not be easier.

It is pretty convenient. I have it on my watch which I tend to use more often these days for Apple Pay then my phone.

No, and I resent the fact that every time the phone gets an update it starts hounding me to set it up.

I guess I don't understand the point of the OP then. Samsung has had all those features for years.

Also, I don't use Android Pay. I use Samsung Pay, but nice try nerd.
