Work with a dude who drives me absolutely fuking nuts. He's the laziest POS I've ever met. Absolutely everything he does is for attention, admiration, and to boost his fragile ego. I've never somebody with such a victim mentality, he is completely unable to take any kind of responsibility for anything and tells blatant lies for attention.

Examples,

This dude is legit like 450 pounds and getting gastric bypass surgery this month. He's telling everybody that he used to squat over 1000 pounds and was less than 2% body fat before he got bad knees. And now that he has bad knees he can't exercise so that's why he's so fat. Although after his surgery he is telling all the women coworkers that he will be way bigger and ripped than me lol. It's quite comical but also kind of creepy.

Makes jokes about molesting 4 year old girls when talking to people with 4 year old daughters just to get a reaction.

Talks about all the women he raped when he was in combat in iraq and how much he enjoyed killing people in close combat so he could see the aftermath.

He constantly asks for help because he thinks people should just do whatever he wants. Then gets super offended when nobody wants to be around him and rages.

He is just a lazy POS who sucks at his job. We work natural gas and he's seriously going to get somebody killed with his incompetence.

I've never been somebody to start any drama or snitch but I've started telling my manager about all of his fuk ups because I'm hoping he gets fired. Thinking about taking it to the companies president. Can't stand this dude and he just tries to bring everybody down. Downside of union jobs is that it's hard to get fired. He creeps me out

Bully him. Establish alpha dominance with ridicule and talking massive amounts of sht to him and letting him kno that whilst your a law abiding professional, u make it clear u give zero fuks about things being taken to a physical level. Infact you welcome it.


as an example this ******* at work was being condescending to a fellow employee and i told him he wasnt above dog sht, dude was like huh?! and taking a little step forward and changing my body language in a cokky at the ready stance, i repeated it even louder. Pick your battles but never back down from some sociopathic kunt. My attitude is i will destroy anyone who comes for me especially some scumbag who gets off on hurting others.
