TGIF misc!!!!!!!!!

Anyone here actually been hypnotized for real? I remember back in college (yeah, when dinosaurs roamed the earth), they brought some world famous hypnotist to our school. He asked for volunteers and of course, I jumped up and gave it a genuine shot. Nothing fuking worked, like 10 of us on stage and everyone else sat there like morons pretending to be hypnotized, doing dumb chit for him. He asked me to step off the stage and said I "didn't have the right energy to be hypnotized".

Anyone ever try to be hypnotized? How did it go?

No, I don't have a mind/personality that is open to suggestion. I've been to hypnotist shows and they usually do an audience test to see how susceptible you are and I never am.

Once my wife was hypnotized and she told me later it was like being half asleep. She knew what was going on and she could see and hear the things she was told to see and hear, and she did all the goofy stuff she was told, but she felt like she could have not done something if she didn't want to.

In college I was assisting the hypnotist with the audio during the show, at one point he convinced a group of sloots that there was an amazing smell and they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Then he told them it was coming from me and literally I had 8 sloots all over me sniffing me. Was awkward and awesome at the same time.

I once listened to this hypnosis audio thing. I was laying in bed with headphones on. Not sure if I got hypnotized or just fell asleep though. I did wake up right at the end of it though, so not sure if that was coincidence or not.

Any experiences with it based on having one in your family? Does penis inspection day go over more smoothly when you're hypnotized?

But yeah I’ve seen a few of his shows, never been on stage before. I do think people’s minds can be put in a state where they can be highly suggestible and will do things they wouldn’t normally do otherwise, and I think that’s the essence of hypnotism

Won't believe it unless I see myself hypnotized on video.

With that said from observing some events, it looks like some people may be predisposed to be able to be hypnotized.
