Recommend me a good protein powder - 200k+ reps

Alright *******s, hit me with what protein powder you recommend.

Protein to calorie ratio, price, taste, does it mix in a shaker, etc..

Currently about to run out of this, been using it for a while and want to see what else is out there.

none... just bought some PHD isolate... 1 scoop nearly ripped my eyes out srs lol allergic reaction? still can feel the swelling at the back of eyes 4 days later


some sci-mx isolate did the same eye pain not as bad tho managed 2 x 900kg bags in a fortnight, skin turned yellow same as colour of whey powder however gains were real

real food or rope srs

Thanks, but looks pricey overall, yeah? Have to use 2 scoops to get 25g of protein and only 20 servings for $23?

Interesting info under the nutritional information - no way I'm getting plain and if I get chocolate I lose 8% of the protein?? U wot m8?

So 20.5g instead of 22g. To each their own I guess. Been using their stuff for almost a decade now. Unless there's an expiry deal on supplementhunt or amazon, I've yet to find a better deal on protein, especially isolate.

Redcon1 usually has BOGO deals once every week or two, I like their MRE lite protonz. Solid macros, koala tea flavors and uses animal based proteins instead of whey if you're sensitive to that sort of thing.

Banana nut bread is my favorite so far. Caramel macchiato was a little meh. Fudge brownie, oatmeal chocolate chip, and blueberry cobbler are solid choices. I haven't tried any others yet.

I use the Vanilla flavor, protein isn't too high but neither is calories, Like 300 calories and 40g of protein for 4 scoops (serving size is 2 scoops) but boy does it taste good.

Redcon1 MRE tastes the best. Please don't worry about "macros" it's not like you need some kind of 100% all protein isolate with no carbs or fats , all the iso tastes like chit, having some extra calories won't harm you
