Brahs, how many times do you wake up to piss at night?

For me, it’s at least once, usually twice. BRB make me mad, have to get myself back to sleep all over again. I tried drinking less water during the day, but it didn’t seem to matter.

Hardly ever. I've evolved my bladder to hold huge loads of piss all night long because I absolutely refuse to get up. Keep a huge cup a water next to me that I wake up and drink throughout the night too.

When I used to wake up at 5am several times a night. Nowadays tjat I sleep at 1am and wake at 9am barely once sometimes. I even drink a boytle of water right before bed.

Often once. It stopped for a while but the last week I've been getting up at 3 or 4 to go. Couple times had to twice. Not that nice

Always have a problem with dehydrated/dry feeling mouths so I normally drink a lot

used to be so many times...

now its a handful.. 1-2 on a good day since I stopped drinkin a few hours before bed.

being hydrated is good but save it for while you are awake and cut it off at least 2 hours before bed and you should wake less to urinate and get a deeper sleep because of it.

mirin ppl who dont need to wake up.. the quality of sleep you must get..

Once. It's not the getting up I mind, it's the often not being able to go back to sleep for hours (or not at all) that I can't stand. However, I pretty much wake up once a night even if I don't need to urinate, so it doesn't make any difference.
