Any Big Boys Here Who Have Low To Moderate Protein Intake? (Srs) (Natty)

Any big boys here eat lower amounts of protein and are still big?

im talkin like if you are like 200 pounds, could you take in like 130-150 and be fine?

I dont rly want to hear from anyone not natty though srs. you can eat like sht and still be big that way

I weigh high 190s and according to my nutrition app, I take in 200g of protein.

Im looking to replace my 2.5 scoops of whey daily with something else in case whey has some shady heavy metals in it.. but maybe I can just cut that protein out period and still be fine.
wat you think misc?

Personally, higher protein ALWAYS makes me look better and perform better. 150-175 is still high protein compared to what most people eat daily.

Depends on how long you've been lifting, imo.

Back when my avi pic was taken (2012, at about 198lbs) I was eating 230+ grams per day and putting on size, etc. It was early on in my lifting career.

Now (many years later and much heavier) I amcuttingto a heavier weight than that avi pic and I "only" eat about 200 grams per day.

Muscle maturity matters, and I think for many natties there comes a point of diminishing returns where getting solid workouts in regularly matters more, and for me that means focusing more on good carb and fat intake to perform well in the gym, vs. stuffing a fukk-ton of protein in my body totryto put on 2lb of lean mass in a year.

How long you been lifting, OP?

P.S. I'm sure it differs from person to person as well, so you may have to just try it out and see, OP.

Eric Bugenhagen prefers super high carbs

I personally eat quite alot of protein though. It’s not hard to get 150-180g a day. Protein shakes, milk, choc milk, meat, beans, eggs, cheese. You also get some protein from things you wouldn’t expect, like oats, pasta, rice, bread - not a huge amount but it all adds up.
