Got my blood work back

t levels at 12.3 nnom/l or about 350 american units




Barely took any extra supps this year and levels look pretty low. Should I consider TRT?

If you do don’t like them convince you to get the gel. Tell them you want the shots. The gel makes chit worse.

I mean.. is there a reason you want to take TRT?
I wouldn't take it simply because the numbers are low on paper.

If you're feeling chitty or the effects of having Low T, sure. But don't fuk with that stuff if your life is fine and your just worried about low numbers.
