Why do I smell like chit?

Sometimes when I walk around I smell like chit, like straight up poo, but there is no poo on my butt when I wipe my butt with the toliet paper, sometimes I even wet the toliet paper and no poo comes onto the toliet paper, but later in the day when my butt gets sweaty I start to smell like poo

Alright, its because im suffering from something called fecal body odor, so pretty much im kinda constipated, causing the chit to leak out at random times, which makes sense, because I shower and make sure my a s s is wiped, after a chit, but then chit comes on my ass randomly so that is why.
