Everything you thought you knew about scrambling eggs is wrong!
Take-aways:
-Don't beat your eggs until they're in the pan.
-Stir the eggs the entire time they're cooking.
-Remove from heat frequently, slow and steady wins the race.
I'll be trying this method tomorrow morning.

Yes sir, learned for Ramsay videos too.
I hardly make them though, it's a lot of work and takes too long.
Lately I've been eating eggs sunny side up, way less work, much faster to make.
I can't eat this anymore but try finishing the eggs off with a little butter, sour cream, and stir in some bacon bits just before you're done cooking them.

I've never scrambled eggs in a pot and I've sure as hell never used a rubber spatula. Interesting stuff here.

I just put them in the pan and cook them until they are cooked. Taste delicious. No need for all this.

Everyone complaint about the eggs being wet. Y’all are peasants who don’t know how to cook or enjoy good food. Good food has a variety of textures to it. Imagine eating dry eggs with bread.

Came in expecting Ramsey method, left satisifed.
This is the best way to do eggs, period. The point of not scrambling too much is so you don't end up with a completely uniform scramble, a bit of white and a bit of yolk is better.
I have eggs every morning, got the prep down to 7 minutes or so.
