Apparently he has borderline personality disorder or something along those lines. Also take into account he seems young, probably 19 years old range, is under pressure, is getting yelled at by an irate customer, and is getting filmed. He just had a mental breakdown, I’m sure this incident wasn’t the only thing that set him off either, it was probably an accumulation of dealing with pricks over and over again.

I worked hotel front desk for YEARS, it's the hardest job in the place by a mile and I've worked all of em. Beating up a $12/hr employee over some giant corporation's reservation system is a chitty move.
