Would the world be better off without camera phones?

I'm not seeing much benefit to having cameras attached to phones.

BRB facial recognition dystopia

BRB fuels social media cancer (tiktok, ********, Instagram)

BRB encourages bullying and recording people having mental problems

BRB encourages body dysmorphia

BRB people constantly recording everything instead of enjoying the experience

BRB your pics are saved on "the cloud" for Big Tech to datamine

I definitely think children and teens should have limited access to cellphones & cameras. I think back to how I was when I was a teenager, all the bad stuff I did for fun. If I had a cellphone / camera, I probably would have committed some crimes.
