I tell them the truth.

I love reading Wall Street Journal every morning when I wake up, especially on weekends because then I can do my true passion which is creating and analyzing excel spread sheets and research tax law.
I tell them I have no time for such childish activities such as hiking, biking or working out.

What the hell sort of job interview asks that nonsense.

Anyways - if you have to answer, then keep it in good taste; and try to paint yourself in a good light. Don't say video games, watching TV. Say constructive stuff - like reading books, traveling, exercising
