I bought it YEARS ago, then it went into the closet for YEARS. Busted it our during the early months of stay at home orders. I would say it's only useable if you have a high place to HANG it from NOT a door way set up. The best uses of it are for dips and pull ups. Can't do that in door way setups. What does suck though, is the way the straps and buckles dig into you when doing dips.
Oh, one good thing you can do with a door way style anchor are reverse flies.

With TRX you're paying for a brand name, there are way cheaper suspension systems out there.
And yes, you need a good anchor otherwise it's useless.

I like them for Recline Rows and Rear Delts. Rear flye machine at my gym has a fukd up resistance curve.
