I think my neighbor is going to call the cops on me

I live in a three story apartment and my neighbor keeps saying they hear noise from my unit. I have tried talking to them and reassuring them it’s not my unit as I live alone and rarely play any music. When I saw my neighbor they were dressed like a typical libtard granola head. They had pink hair and save the tree shirt on. I just want him to leave me alone what do?
