hair loss + sarms: my analysis, why i'll stay natty.

so i've watched a lot of moreplatesmoredates, and the consensus from listening to derek that "hair safe" cycles are overall not the healthiest cycles and "hair-safe cycle" is unicorn that doesn't exist. anytime you use androgens, depending upon ur hair loss genetics, the androgens will have the potential to fuk u up.

so, if ur not prone to balding and haveTRUEhair line of the god genetics you might be golden, but

note: chestbrah and mike thurston both had hair transplants.

Mike O' Hearn likely (100% practically) had one too bc pics of him in the 90s had more recession than in 2020, but mike o hearn claims natty so we've got to believe him.

I searched zyzz hair loss, and this thread pops up:

tl;dr:
cycling is never safe for hair with current molecular compounds.

I’m about to begin my first year at Tour de France, still have full head of hair myself but definitely prone to male pattern baldness, everyone in my family is bald.
Just decided to take finasteride while I’m over in France for those short few months, then stop taking it.
Not scared of those side effects tbh

No worries, thanks for asking. Also that’s my total from maybe 5 years ago. I don’t even deadlift anymore but my other lifts are still there +/-10lbs. Not training for strength, never really did anyways. I’ve been lifting consistently for 10+ years man. Tbh it’s gotten fookin boring, same old same old bicep curls and leg extensions. I’ve pretty much maxed out my genetic natural physique. 10+ bulk and cut cycles.

It’s time. I could not be more sure than that. It’ll add more spice back into lifting, which for me is a main hobby so it’s important for me to get back those feels I once felt.

My health is excellent. I’ve researched compounds for years. I know exactly how to combat sides.. etc.

For the past few months I’ve been so excited, 10 years I’m finally doing it. I dream about it like 5x/wk srs

How can a hair safe cycle be more unsafe when the most hair safe cycle would just be test which you’d be using with everything else anyway...
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
