If you're looking to get really lean, then go with LISS. Walking is actually probably the best thing to do past a certain point of leanness to preserve muscle mass and burn calories without spiking your appetite or hampering recovery.

Otherwise HIIT or whatever is fine OP.
Personally I prefer to do sports for cardio (and I love walking, but I donโt consider it โcardioโ in that sense)
Real Madrid, Miami Heat, New York Jets.

So walking is better than sprinting?
Wot
Wot
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

Why not both?
Take a 3 mile run one day, burpees and sprints the next.

Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesnโt really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesnโt mean anything either.
