It’s all speculation. Most of the outside circle of elites probably don’t even know (governors and Hollywood etc) Only the top elites like the bilderberg group and a few other truly know what they put in that sh*t

It has and will have some adverse effects but they'll be rare, it's not particularly effective against corona so there will be yearly boosters like for the flu. I think the main point is to condition people that they don't have bodily autonomy for mandatory shots down the line.
