Looks like the original account got deleted but nothing before people started making spin-offs.

Search for PGTalal on IG and click on any of the top results. There is a highlight or story in their profile that looks like a white background with a black text box. DO NOT CLICK on it. People are sending this around as a prank but if you have an iPhone you will get rekt lol.
