Stone Cold heel turn 2001
I was too young at that time but rewatching these videos on youtube I think it was necessary for him and wwf to do that. It gave a new life to the whole federation and Stone Cold as character.
Come on it gave us one of the most iconic episodes ever

i never considered him a face or a heel (ded fkn Srs)
even when he was a "face" he behaved like a heel -- he was pretty revolutionary in that way. obviously the crowd was "booing" in this segment but everyone still loved him.
years prior in the 'golden era' it was easier to define Face / Heel, but obviously the attitude era blurred those lines, which was their intention.
it's a shame that today's product is sooo bad
even when he was a "face" he behaved like a heel -- he was pretty revolutionary in that way. obviously the crowd was "booing" in this segment but everyone still loved him.
