Is slower cutting worth it?

Got kinda fat this year. Need to cut but don't really want to go all out and get shredded, i just want to hangout around 15%

Usually takes me about 6 months to get below 15% from 20%+

Kinda dont want to **** around and just get it done possibly in 3 months. Last time I think it took me 4 months to get from 25% to 16-17ish at an 2000 average.

Or could just go long term and start cutting at 2400-2600

I'm the type that needs an aggressive and noticeable weight loss to kick start cutting. So I can't do small deficits/slow cutting without getting annoyed. I probably lack the consistent self control.

so I'll do like a 700+ daily deficit for at least a couple weeks. Sometimes I'll just do a PSMF style diet for about 3-4 days and THEN go on the 700 cal deficit. With break days mixed in there. Right now I'm at 188 from 193 a few weeks ago.
