Anyone else can't sleep when they don't have caffeine during the day?

If I have a good amount of caffeine and stims during the day, I'll wear myself out and crash towards the evening and get awesome sleep

Days I have no stims I have a more consistent level of energy thru the day, even during the evening when I need to sleep
