not bad probably around 16-18% body fat? Cut to 14 or less and would be a decent physique (no homo).

You may not think you are in peak physical condition but dude - you rock. Great chest, back, shoulders, traps and the fact that your abs responded like that just after one workout. You suck! If I worked out with you. I'd have to find a place to bury the body.LOL Seriously - Keep me posted with your progress. Every 4 weeks. Front, back and legs.

Never have cut before I wanna get to 200lbs then maintain that weight and re adjust body composition to be leaner at that weight. That would probably be my natty limit then

You look good, OP. I think we look really similar. I used to revolve, seemingly permanently, around that 185 mark. I recently made the decision to come out of 'retirement' and give another real intense cut a try and it's paying off big time. I'm about to break into the 160s. If you cut out some body fat and tried getting down to the really low teens, you'd be surprised at how good you could look.

Cheers m8. Yeah I'm obsessed with the numbers on the scale ATM and have to eat about 4200 calories daily for me to gain weight while being sedentary it's a pain in the ass

But ye I know what U mean if I went on a cut I'd probably look better but like I said I'm obsessed with the number on the scale and fear going under 180lbs. Hopefully my mind will change sometime in the future but for now my goal is to try dreamer bulk to 200lbs and go from there

Damn, son!

Great solid muscle base for sure, just cut wisely - I don't even do the old school bulk/cut crap any more.

You have the wrong panties on, btw.

Where you go next depends on what your goals are and how old you are. If you are in your 30s I'd say cut 5 to 10 lbs and maintain that forever. If you're in your 20s you can bulk some more and then cut. The third option is going to the dark side

Im 26 would still like to bulk for awhile

Yeah probably in my 30's will focus on being shredded. Want to fortify my base for awhile as i believe will help keep muscle memory strong and engraved for when i do focus on being as shredded as i can

Speaking from experience, my best advice would be to resist this urge. That's just my 2 cents.

Summer isn't until December where I live. I'm expecting to get to 200 in 2 or 3 years so it's not really a dreamer bulk like I'm saying but thanks
