My first introduction to BTC was probably around 2013ish I would say I read the white paper I understood the concept but you literally could not buy a single thing with it besides sending to another human and it was probably like 100$ a coin SRS the reason why I found out about it was because I knew somebody IRL who was starting to get large quantities of things from the original silk road SRS he started as well as a few other people sending packs from the deep web purchased on the original silk road to my buddies house and a few times I was there when the packs came which was fairly cool but since it was getting sent to my buddies house my buddy wanted to know how it was working so they explained it to him and later he ended up telling me when I was curious as well fast forward maybe 4 or so years and BTC is becoming more of an "Investment" or an "Asset" and there started to become more ways to actually use BTC to purchase things but at the time had probably never gone over 2k yet maybe around 1,300 or so SRS and I remember thinking like yeah it's gone up alot since I last checked or was interested in it but seems fairly stagnate and risky...etc so, I don't buy SRS fast forward another 2 or so years and all of a sudden it's at 20k SRS and I am sitting there wondering why the fook I did not be even one BTC when it was cheap as fook obviously being a bit priced out at this point similar to DOW JONES index SRS It starts crashing and at this point I have been learning technical analysis for general investing and trading and try to enter on a retracement and bought in at a few different price points I didn't buy at the top but after price feel and was looking for a bottom there were a few times I bought in and then price went lower so clearly not support anyway never bought in with a full coin but was cost averaging down more or less some with LTC and ETH and basically all of them I lost money on with similar situations basically price peaks and retraces and I tried entering a few times on the retracement and price just kept going lower and at this point I had a fair amount of money invested and lost quite a bit of it and just said FOOK this it was a bubble the whole time and I am stupid for even trying to "invest" fast forward another 2 or so years and now it's fully recovered and made a new all time high CLEARY I am feeling like a total moron can I get some advice here I am still very skeptical not just because I lost money but I truly think long term this will not end well but would at least like to make some JOOCY short term gains in the mean time

Found out about crypto a long time ago

Never thought much about it

check on it later in life still really hasn't improved much

all of a sudden price is at 50k and I am priced out and regretting not investing
