Small squat progress, REPS TIL I'm out!!!!

So had some random back of the knee pain about 2-3 months ago that sort of prevented me from squatting.

Been working on a TON of exercises and accessories, leg press, box squat, dead squat, front squat, barbell thrust.

Didn't really feel like squatting today, but the leg press was being used so decided to squat.

Did a 225 single beltless, then 245 beltless, then 255 beltless and threw on 275... so I'm beltless on this, I squat down, think I almost get stuck cus the safeties were still too high, but grinded it out and pushed!

FEELS GOOD MAN. Finally core is stronger and all the box squats I've been using have been helping.

Then did a huge drop set of 225x5, 185x10, 135 for a 15 second pause.

The time is now bro,

225 is a squat that can be achieved in a couple of weeks for healthy men age 16-50

Yeah, held the position for 15 seconds, 135 is relatively light after a pyramid set like that.

225 just feel consistent for me, I can rep 185 so easily, but 225 at times feels heavy.

2 seconds maybe 3 max makes sense, 15 is extremely excessive. As you said 135 is light so basically takes out the benefit of TUT
