Whoever is giving threads ratings, gtfih!

First question: Why you do dis? I don't see the point of spending time giving a thread a certain amount of stars. It's completely useless.
Second: Majority of these threads are not 5 star rating worthy. Who keeps giving every thread 5 stars? (in b4 this one gets 1 star)
