Anyone else have a hard time moving on from mistakes?

No I get that ****, too. Beat myself up over something stupid I did a long time ago. Legit feel shame when I remember something stupid as fug I said/did almost 20 years ago, every time I remember it.
I'm sure I'm the only one that remembers it out of all the people that were there, too. I guess that's the best way to frame it so you can learn to get over it.
