Because their experience with and understanding of women is probably even less than your average miscer, srs. If I was a billionaire but not famous, I would legit assume another identity while dating. I’d pretend to have a middle class job, live in an average apartment, wear average clothes, etc. I’d only reveal my wealth after she has been vetted. Even then, there’s a chance she knows and is playing you.
