Cardio AFTER lifting weights
Doing my workouts in this order has allowed me to have enough energy and give maximum effort for both workout sessions...

It depends on your priority.
But serious lifters don't do intense cardio especially running/riding bike before heavy lifts on leg day.
Also running after heavy lifts might cause injuries.
Either way intensity, volume and frequency are the major factors here.
Train wisely, be careful and good luck.

All depends on the day for me. And whatever I feel like doing. Generally decide as I’m pulling in the parking lot.

That's ok- you'll get to test yourself and likely gain a lot of stamina and willpower!Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!
