Sorry Brahs. Cant get into most Manga comics

Have a co-worker / supervisor in late 30s thats fully into this stuff and recommended I give it a try.
So I searched around for manga style comics and there's a huge following at that soyboy forum Reddit.
Its a friggin minefield if you dont really know the different types of manga. e.g.




Mind as blown that huge majority of these are pretty explicit and have categories like incest and rape.
Im sure there are some decent action style comics but man they must be in the minority.

I just dont know how they get away calling some of this chit art worthy?
Can any brahs give me decent recommendations without all the smut?


Cliffs: I must be a boomer as I cant get into Manga or havent found the right ones yet

Only 3 I’ve ever been able to read are battle angel alita, blame!, DBZ And Biomega.

Checkout Blame! Is pretty good...

Other than those 4 everything else is just too fake and ghey
