Y'all ever just have a random night of no sleep?

Nothing wrong. Nothing on my mind. Normal sleeping pattern, no stims late in the day, nothing out of the ordinary. I lay down to sleep at 11 and, now it's 6:30 AM. Not a second of sleep, no idea why. Gotta be up in an hour and currently seething with hatred. This happens to me out of the blue maybe once or twice a year. Happen to anyone else?

Weird thing happens to me from time to time in streaks. I'll fall asleep anywhere between 10 minutes and an hour, I'll wake up and cannot fall back asleep. For hours I feel like I'm alternating between full wakefulness and half asleep. Next thing I realize it's 4AM and dreading the alarm clock going off, but then end up falling asleep for another hour or two, wake up to the alarm clock and feel all groggy.

Might be caffeine but I usually don't have any after 11AM-12PM.

Sort of.

How it happens for me is I go to sleep at a normal time and wake up a few hours later. Then it is up for the rest of the night just laying there.

If you are just laying in bed not sleeping, then you should get out of bed and do something else.

I rarely have nights of NO sleep, but it seems like nights of 3-5 hours happen.

Very rarely and something like work is usually on my mind. Getting up for a bit and focusing on something else usually solves it though.

Also, for some reason I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping on the nights when daylight savings time began and ended. Hasn't happened in a few years but there was a definite pattern.

That's why I switched to Modelo, so it doesn't happen any more.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.
