I'm a warehouse worker and my feet are fukking killing me. Specifically along the balls of my feet. On top of that my lower calves are now fukking with me now. Been warehousing over 5 years and this chit never happened till I transferred and have to use these machines I basically gotta hop on and off of 10-12 hours a day.

Apparently you stick em in the oven a few minutes and they mold to your feet. Anyone tried these?

Might get me a pair of thorogoods with a wedge sole if this chit keeps up.

^have warehoused/factoried etc, memory foam doesnt last srs. Gel inserts are the way to go, arch supports as well if you think you have flat feet..

For non-custom inserts I give Powerstep Protech Control. Other like Redithotics.

Custom will last way longer (years) and over the counter orthotics will need replacing every 6 months.

Go to a podiatrist and get custom, it will be better and save lots of money in the long term. Get one made of hard plastic or carbon material with spenco full length top layer. If you have a high flexible arch make sure a medial flange is built in.

For shoes make sure the bottom doesn't bend much when you try to bend it. New Balance, Brooks, Asics, and Hoka are good. The higher the New Balance shoe number the more support it has. PM me if you have more Q's.
