Found a snake today. Help me identify!

He was very calm and curious. He would slither towards me everytime I walked away srs. Then once he got close he would try to get closer while eyeing me up and down. I couldn't tell if he wanted to eat me or fuk me

That's a big boy I saw a snake recently too but just a little gardner one of the first times I ever saw a snake IRL since I live in the midwest SRS. Got a picture of it with my DSLR too.

He was ready to strike thats for sure. Snakes aren't curious, they don't have the brain capacity for friends.

Instead of venom, this snake uses constriction to kill its prey. While constriction can be dangerous to small mammals, these reptiles do not grow long enough to pose a danger to humans.

I really don't think he was ready to strike brah. He legit was following me and would come super close. Too close for comfort until I got a little more comfortable.

It's not going to kill you. Most (there are a couple exceptions) of the deadly snakes have slits for pupils, and that one has round ones...
