Am I supposed to feel like Shyt on a cut?

Like I’ve tried cutting before and it hasn’t really worked because I end up giving in and eating more. I need to use extreme willpower to keep my deficit.

Like isn’t it normal that if I eat 2900 calories to maintain, then eating less everyday will make you have hella cravings? Are you supposed to hate life while cutting? Because that’s what it feels like when I do it...

Yeah but it depends from person to person. Some handle low calorie diets better but generally you'll feel more hunger, have more mood swings and anxiety when cutting. Your sex drive will also be lower.

i have the same issue whenever I cut I end up regaining all my weight (could be too low of a deficit)

stay fat and happy ............or suck it up..................dont have a huge deficit.................try different approaches such as IF (no magic but you may prefer the eating pattern) ......increase daily activity over just calorific reduction
