Handing in my notice tomorrow!

Worked here for 7 years (2 during university, 5 post grad).

Enjoyed it mostly but been caught up in a pretty toxic environment for the last 1.5 years created by a new manager. Prompted me to go for interviews and I secured a position elsewhere, with a 20% raise and benefits, better hours, much more flexible, WFH 90% of the time, and I really clicked with the people there.

Wish me luck bois. Feels like a pretty big move because I've spent I guess my whole career thus far at this place lol.

Also feelin kinda chit about handing my notice into the director coz he's a good knt but needs must.
I only know my own ideas of other peoples ideas.

My cut/transformation thread, any pointers welcome! : https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=176088631

Good luck man, keep moving up. Keep good connections to your old job for references. Leaving a chitty boss is one of the best feelings.

good luck man hope it works out for you! would recommend having a look about in your industry (if you know you could do so confidentially) to see if anyone else is offering it or you can better / leverage it against what you have atm
