Ulnar Pain During Curls
All of a sudden got some ulnar pain (under the pinky in the wrist) when doing curls only on one side. I rebuilt my deck recently, not sure if I did something there. If I even just push down with my other hand I can feel it. I can do hammer curls just fine, but issue seems exacerbated by ez/straight bar curls. Any advice? Just keep doing hammer curls until it stops?

Have dealt with this issue. Take a few weeks off barbell curls. Just do hammer curls and don't go too hard. Watch your form on chins or lat pull downs. Re-introduce straight barbells slowly. It's like shin splints of the forearm. Fuking thing sucks
