- it's not a meal at all, it's a drink with a lot of calories
- it's way easier to cut using smaller portions, than just not eating at all

I think there are a number of studies on whether soy lowers T levels, but apparently there is no evidence to support this claim. I'm a vegetarian myself, but I try to avoid soy and all of its byproducts, just in case

Because weight gainer shakes are marketed towards those who cannot eat enough food.
The only shakes I take are protein shakes when I'm short at the end of the day.

Salads, vegetable soups, vegetable stews, eggs, milkshakes, nuts, cottage cheese is 90% of my diet. I don't really eat tofu, fake dairy or any of that zoomer chit.

Drink coffee, beet juice and every now and then some vitamin D, Zinc, B12 to keep the dikk operational

would you trust a company like this?

pando com/2013/11/12/vice-investigates-soylent-finds-rats-and-mold/

Back then they didnt care about the quality, safety nor mold... They have cleaned up but do you really trust a guy who would do this in the first place? It means he only fixed it after he was exposed. Shows a bit oc character of the person
