Fix bald and crooked teeth, having hair and an aesthetic smile is far more important for young guys IMO.

No one apart from hardcore bodybuilders really care about gyno.

Acne although hard to control, is quite cheap to get rid of.

Of course depends on the level of gyno, and how fuked up the teeth is... but assuming everything is at its worst...or at similar levels, then the answer is easy.
