install tampermonkey extension for chrome, or another ___monkey extension for firefox or other browser

script 1 will delete the posts after opening them.
script 2 opens the posts so script 1 can delete them.

you may have to increase the numbers in the scripts if you have a slower connection or slower system. The numbers work well for me on a gigabit connection with 32 GB of ram and an i7 CPU.
