I've had all kinds of cramps. Calf, quad, forearm, etc but none of them compare to the under chin cramp you sometimes get when you yawn. It's the type of pain that has you making deals with God

Never had one under my chin (Not gay). But the cramp on the arch of your foot when you tense up real hard is the worst I’ve experienced

The next time this happens tilt your head up and look up at the ceiling and wait until it goes away, this will greatly reduce the pain.

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I've had triceps cramp in the middle of the night after a great chest session. That chit will wake you up REAL quick and you panic cause you CANT MOVE YOUR FKKING ARMS!
Triceps end up being rock hard and even more sore for a few days after, its terrible

Ah yeah these are pretty bad, like a giant lump in your jaw.
The only thing that rivals it are leg cramps while laying down.

had a couple of moderate ones since then but nothing like the first one, if the house had caught fire i would have died literally could not move WTAF
apparently pickle juice or a warm water with pinch of salt can help also

If so, i've found the best way to get rid of it is to suck in your neck and pull your adam's apple down while looking up. IDK how else to describe it, but that's the movement that pops whatever is wrong back into it's right spot and fixes it immediately.

also seconded at foot arch cramps being a close second.
I'd like to enter another nomination. not even sure what location i'd call it...maybe pelvic? But I get it sometimes after sitting for a while, then when I stand up straight it feels like a muscle in my abdomen leading straight down to my penis or just above it is extremely tight with a sharp pain. takes a few minutes before it relaxes and i can fully straighten out my body without pain

Yeah I’ve thought that if this is what getting your jaw broken feels like then I’d ****ing shoot myself if I had to endure it longer than typical cramp duration.
Also had this period where my abs would randomly cramp up, looked like I had a damn knot on my stomach they’d cramp up so hard. Again, all I could think was if I had a gun I’d put one in me just to end it lol.

Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

calf cramps are another close one for me as well. was doing inverted rows on TRX bands once at the gym to finish off my workout. calf cramped, and i fell flat on my back in front of all the cardio bunnies. not my best gym day
