Should I bulk or cut?

I've gotten lazy and really only maintained for awhile now but one thing I want to do is atleast start getting in better cardio shape. I'm just unsure at this pojnt do I really want to try puting more mass on. Thoughts??




I'm around 6'1 192lbs.

I don't really watch how much I eat. I just make sure to eat clean for the most part.

Guess I'm bulking again. It's been awhile. I haven't been 200 in years. I think 200-205 would probably look pretty solid.

hit lateral raises more, if you had rounder delts you'd look sick, try higher frequency

i do both cable lateral raises and dumbells btw. But yeah you got a nice physique I just think round delts would bring them up significantly.
