Why is baseball so lame?

The manager is mad that his player hit a homerun in the 9th inning while leading. The unwritten rules of baseball are fuking stupid.

You would never see this in football. It's a "if you don't want us to score, then play better defence" mentality. Baseball players are a bunch of overly emotional field faires.
This is how I was taught to compete....

Baseball is just too slow paced to watch it’s ridiculous. The pitcher gets all the time in the world to waste precious time, calls timeouts to talk to the catcher, the batter readjusts his gloves every other pitch, etc.

George Carlin’s bit about baseball va football is one of the most hilariously accurate comparisons I’ve ever seen.

Hilarious when he pointed out how baseball is the only sport where the manager/coach wears the same uniform as the players. Even the cleats, lmao.

Most players who play sports for fun are in their early twenties before hair loss really kicks in.

You could say the same thing for hockey players or wrestlers.

Unless they’re rich

Sorry but I gotta keep the jabs coming until you post a body pic. You have no reason not to, unless you’re lying about your stats.

A face pic I completely get why people don’t post it but body wise, it’s not gonna hurt you.

It's a gentleman's game. Historically, gentlemen were well-off people that owned factories and chit. They were men that were called gentle because they did not work or need to work. It later evolved to become a popular sport for everyone, but it has origins as a game for Northern gentlemen.

The South on the other hand has football. While it was invented at Yale, it really took off and was eventually dominated by Southerners. This game is more rough, it is almost a bloodsport. It involves violence, injuries, and a warlike mentality. Baseball is more sophisticated, intellectual, and definitely far from violent.

I personally prefer football, especially NCAA football, because it is less about money than the pro leagues. I think baseball is entertaining, I don't mind watching it, but I think I prefer football.

More context to the story which you missed.
The other team ran out of pitchers and used a substitute catcher as a pitcher. That catcher used 45 mph pitches instead of the usual 70-100 mph. So while blowing the other team out by 10 or more runs, mr.45 mph was lobbing softball speed pitches to the plate in the 9th inning. I guess the unofficial rule is to not do that in that situation.......
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
