The pain occurs in the exact spot between the basilic vein and the median antibrachial vein. It's muscular and feels sharp.
I'm not entirely convinced it's golfers elbow yet because the elbow itself doesn't hurt, it's the area immediately below. Extends about 3 inches down the forearm.
All supinated pulling and curling hurts it. Pronated only hurts if I go very heavy, neutral is pain free. No problems benching. Rotating from Supinated to Pronated with no weight causes a little discomfort.
