What are some good desktop speakers?

Bose Companion II’s I love them
You could get the Kilpsch as well if you want more base. But the nose has great acoustics

A little unconventional, but I have a 5.1 surround sound system hooked up. Centre speakers on the player with the monitor just behind them, the front speakers lieing down on my desk (corner desk master race), rear speakers behind me on their pedestals (wireless) and the sub under the desk.

I connected the laptop, monitor and DVD player with 2 HDMI cords
