Our universe is a karmic one; resulting from a cause leading to an effect, over and over, up to this very moment.

Our body is the result of millions of years of evolution; physical and spiritual.

The themes that are explored on these different forms of media trigger us emotionally, bringing up the darkness and past emotional baggage.

Once you're triggered by something you can either choose to dwell on it, play it out, or change it about your self through love and understanding.

That's why as your vibrations are raised and your consciousness expands, you might find your self not really caring about the news too much, or other pleasures like fighting, sex, drugs, angry music, etc.
