anyone had bad psoriasis ?

It's not really that bad but it flares up sometimes. I use Nizoral 2-3 times a week on the areas where it's the worst, mostly on my head and face. I have Desonide lotion which is prescription and I use that whenever it gets bad, usually 3-4 days twice a day clears it up.

There are medications you can take but they suppress your immune system. I tried one once and it would cause my face to feel like it was on fire, especially if I drank even a little bit of alcohol.

Yep got it pretty bad along with psoriatic arthritis. Humaira worked great for me but recently I switched over to Skyrizi and my flare ups have become much, much more common. I'm gonna have to swap to something else the next time I go back to the derm

I have it pretty bad. Managed it 100% au naturale by cleaning up diet. It still exists, just not nearly as bad as before. I suggest cutting out these three things for three months and you'll likely see an improvement:

Sugar
Gluten
Dairy
